BehaviorBioAuth (Onboarding)

Confirms that a real person is present during identity verification and customer onboarding. A short guided session combines behavioural liveness, identity verification and synthetic media checks to help detect photos, screen replays and deepfakes, and returns a clear verification outcome

What it is

A short guided session, then a clear verification decision

BehaviorBioAuth

During a short guided session the user completes simple interactions while the platform observes whether the responses are consistent with a genuine person taking part in real time.

Checks continue throughout the session to help identify suspicious presentation attempts or manipulated media. Where documents are required, the journey can also link the verified person to a supported government ID such as Aadhaar or PAN.

The final assessment is handled through controlled verification services rather than relying on what happens on the user's device.

Data protection

Four questions a regulated deployment has to answer

Where the platform runs, how sensitive information is protected, how that protection evolves, and how deepfake assessment is controlled.

Hosting model
Core services and regulated customer information can run inside approved enterprise infrastructure or a private environment, giving you control over sensitive identity workflows.
Data protection
Identity information, biometric records and verification media are protected both in storage and in transit, with controlled access throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Future-ready security
Protection can be strengthened over time as security standards and requirements change, without altering the customer onboarding experience.
Specialised media analysis
Where synthetic media analysis is part of the journey, only the information required for that purpose follows the approved service path. Everything else stays under your policies.
